While no two journeys are the same, we do have a tried-and-tested method of working. Here’s an insight into the financial planning process and what you can typically expect from working together.
Getting to know you
Our initial consultation is all about getting to know you and understanding more about your situation. We discuss your current situation and your aspirations for the future. This meeting is vital as it allows both parties to establish if we are the right fit to continue a long-term relationship. The cost of this meeting is met by us. Where we conduct this meeting is entirely up to you. It can be carried out at one of our offices, your home, or via video call/telephone.
Research and analysis
Once we have agreed to continue working together, we will commence our diligent research. This is where financial planning truly comes into play! We'll look at what you have now, and what you'll need to achieve your goals for the future - then we explore the right solutions to help bridge the gap.
Presentation of your plan
Once in possession of the information we require, a Financial Report will be produced outlining our recommendations. We will meet again to present the recommendations in the form of a bespoke plan to you and answer any questions. We will not proceed with anything until you are 100% comfortable.
Implementation
Once you are happy with your strategic plan, it is time for us to put it into action. We deal with all contract administration, as well as keep you updated throughout the process.
Ongoing services
We do not offer any one-off transactional work. We are a strong believer that financial planning is an ongoing journey. Regular reviews are a chance to discuss any changes in your circumstances or your objectives for the future and adjust your plan accordingly. This ensures that your plan remains on track and our advice remains appropriate.
