You will have a broad technical knowledge covering pensions, investments and protection products. In addition, you will be at least FPC/Cefa qualified. You will be comfortable advising clients who expect a high level of service and technical guidance. You will be given administrative support which includes all reasons why letters drafted  for you to help you to reach and surpass your own personal targets. As we are a progressive company, we don’t have one size fits all contracts. We are negotiable on all commission packages and most of all we are at the top end of the scale in terms of commission split. We will build a package commensurate with your own aims and aspirations and help you build your own business within our business.
