Wayne Austin IFA Ltd operates on a consultancy basis for many nationwide companies and for local government.

 

We  have worked with McAlpine, Lilly, Cummins Engines and Hertfordshire County Council, amongst others.

 

The consultancy to these organisations is based on providing financial advice to employees at all levels; this involves one to one meetings, redundancy seminars and retirement seminars to groups of all sizes, and advice on the organisation’s commercial needs.

 

We currently work through an Employee Assistance Programme, covering such topics as Redundancy, Managing Change and Financial Well-being, and our services are recommended to many companies which are household names.
